Reporting to the Director, Strategy, Planning and Compliance. The jobholder is responsible for assisting the Directorate of Strategy Planning and Compliance in specific activities.
Job Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail: -
(i) Collecting and collating statistical data on the planned programmes and projects;
(ii) Analyzing data on the planned programmes and projects;
(iii) Preparing annual work programmes and budgets for Placement Service projects programmes and activities;
(iv) Preparing and reviewing the Placement Service’s Strategic Plans; and
(v) Preparing and presenting periodic reports on Placement Service as required.
Minimum Job Qualification
For appointment to this position, a candidate must:
(i) Have a minimum period of five (5) years relevant work experience in the Public or Private sector;
(i) Have a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines – Economics, Statistics, Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
(ii) Diploma in Project Development and Management;
(iii) Supervisory Course lasting not less than 4 weeks; and
(iv) Be proficient in computer applications.
